I echo the other reviewers. Above and beyond is an understatement. I look forward to every auction! Product photos and descriptions are always accurate. I bid worry free every time. It’s their customer service though, that’s what truly separates them from those other guys. Seriously they should start offering classes before it’s a lost art form.
We hired John and his team to assist our firm in selling and disposing of assets for a client. Not only are their fees competitive, but they took care of everything and we/our client didn't have to lift a finger. They cleaned out and disposed of items in an entire house, sold everything in an online auction, and paid us promptly. John was knowledgeable, responsive, and over all wonderful to work with. I highly recommend using him and his team for any auction/estate needs!

Good quality and furniture finished nicely. Am not happy with their computer system. Half the time it won't take my password and it changes regularly. Otherwise love it.
